A Mumbai‑headquartered pioneer of Third Party Logistics in India, the company operates a vast network of 23 hubs, 152 branches and thousands of delivery locations handling hundreds of thousands of packages monthly. Despite its scale and legacy, operations were fragmented with no real‑time visibility, poor device integration, slow and error‑prone billing and limited resource planning—constraints that threatened growth as new competitors entered the market and customer expectations for faster, time‑sensitive delivery rose.

Ramco delivered a co‑created, fully customized ERP in a phased rollout that integrated handheld devices, barcode and weighing equipment, offline processing, IVR and multi‑channel alerts to connect more than 4,000 users and map over 10,000 route profiles. Within 18 months the solution cut delivery turnaround by four hours (around a 25% improvement), increased shipments per hub from 5,000 to 15,000 per day, reduced POD retrieval to under three minutes and shortened billing for over a million shipments to about three hours, delivering major cost savings, scalability and improved customer service.
