Viadux, an Australia-based manufacturer and supplier of water pipes, valves and network solutions with distribution warehouses across the continent and international sourcing, was acquired by The Reece Group in 2017. The company faced fragmented IT landscapes—multiple disparate legacy systems with high maintenance costs and inefficient, poorly integrated processes—that limited customer service and operational agility.

Viadux partnered with Ramco Systems to deploy a cloud-based, mobile-enabled ERP with analytics across five entities and ten locations, replacing eight legacy systems and automating finance and HCM functions. The integrated platform delivered real-time visibility and omnichannel access, cut operating costs, supported over 1,400 customers and 2,000 vendors (handling ~500 orders and 800 shipments daily), improved customer experience and earned the ‘Best Imagination’ award at the 2018 ISG Paragon Awards.
