A Ramco Systems Case Study
Air Tahiti, the French Polynesian carrier operating 12 aircraft to 47 destinations, needed to replace an MRO IT solution that left critical capability gaps. The airline required a future-ready M&E system to support 5–10 years of growth, adopt industry best practices, improve productivity, enable paperless processes, and deliver robust materials, tools and real-time warranty/claims management.
Ramco was selected to deliver a one-stop COTS M&E platform including Tools & Calibration, Maintenance Planning & Execution, Warranty & Claims automation and Sabre Rocade flight-ops integration for real-time maintenance updates. The implementation enabled paperless reporting, better tracking of inventory and tools, scrap management for ageing parts, and integrated workflows that reduced inventory carrying costs and operational maintenance expenses while positioning Air Tahiti for scalable growth.
