ADAC Luftfahrt Technik (ALT) MRO achieves 99% stocktaking accuracy with Ramco

ADAC Luftfahrt Technik (ALT) is an EASA‑certified Part‑145 rotary‑wing MRO that maintains more than 55 helicopters and employs about 135 staff. Prior to 2007 ALT relied on a legacy dBase system and paper‑based, unconnected processes across maintenance, logistics, planning and accountancy, which caused data errors, slow repair orders, poor stock control and heavy manual workload.

ALT selected and implemented the web‑based Ramco Aviation Suite using a dedicated in‑house key‑user team, deploying engineering, materials, maintenance, sales and finance modules with eSignature and automated forecasting. After go‑live the company achieved measurable gains: 50% time savings initiating repair orders, over 99% stocktaking accuracy, 30% faster preparation of maintenance events, real‑time next‑due forecasting and streamlined logistics and accounting processes.
