Cumbria Blood Bikes - Customer Case Study

Cumbria Blood Bikes is a volunteer-run charity that operates an 11-vehicle courier service for the NHS and the Great North Air Ambulance Service. Facing difficult weather and the need to strengthen Duty of Care, the charity needed a way to quickly and reliably know the whereabouts of riders without repeatedly calling or texting them. RAM Tracking provided its live vehicle tracking solution and trackers to address this challenge.

RAM Tracking donated 11 trackers, implemented its live-tracking system and delivered tailored, easy-to-follow training (training the fleet manager who cascaded it to the team). As a result, Cumbria Blood Bikes now runs a fully tracked fleet of 11 vehicles, controllers can instantly see rider locations without interrupting drivers, historical trip data is available when needed, and the organisation reports greater peace of mind around driver and delivery safety thanks to RAM Tracking.
