Velofix, a rapidly growing premium mobile bike service franchise (300% year-over-year growth), needed a scalable, comprehensive and easily accessible training system to get new franchisees and mechanics operational quickly. Time was their biggest challenge: with a small head office team they wanted to move hundreds of existing training materials into an online employee onboarding and training platform to reduce onsite training and speed up ramp-up. Rallyware implemented its training platform to consolidate more than 800 documents into four modules with over 130 active tasks, providing an online digital library, backend control for edits and video support, and automation of training workflows. As a result, Rallyware helped Velofix minimize onsite training, shorten time-to-ready for new franchisees, and improve engagement and completion rates — 87% participation, 73% franchise owner training completion, and 80% mechanic training completion — while freeing the head office to focus on growth.
