pawTree, a direct-selling pet nutrition startup that relies on a volunteer sales force of “petPros,” faced low training completion and the challenge of onboarding many people new to direct selling. To modernize, make training mobile and self-paced, and boost engagement, pawTree partnered with Rallyware to deploy a customized onboarding/training engagement solution.
Rallyware broke pawTree’s training into 51 bite-sized tasks (5–10 minutes), added gamification and points plus a “Claim Your Reward” monetary incentive, and made content accessible on phones and tablets. The Rallyware solution drove measurable results: more than 70% of the sales force engaging (over three times the 20% industry standard), pass rates above 90% for most tasks, and average Fast Start completion in just 15 days.
