Case Study: Wolfi's Bike Shop achieves 1,600+ training hours and top engagement with Rallyware (Myagi)

A Rallyware Case Study

Preview of the Wolfi’s Case Study

How Wolfi’s Bike Shop Transformed Their Staff Into Experts on 50+ Brands

Wolfi’s Bike Shop, the leading bicycle distributor in the Middle East, needed a way to train internal staff and retail partners on more than 50 global brands without the cost and chaos of face-to-face sessions or fragmented Facebook groups. Rallyware’s Myagi app-based learning and communications platform was chosen to centralize brand content, target training by role and retailer, and replace the cumbersome admin of multiple social groups.

Rallyware implemented Myagi as a single, intuitive education network that Wolfi’s quickly populated with brand and sales-focused content, quizzes and regular micro‑learning to drive repeat engagement. In the first five months using Rallyware’s Myagi, Wolfi’s recorded over 1,600 hours of training, earned a 9.7/10 content rating, and ranked 1st in engagement among peers in the same operating network.
