How Tupperware Drove Consultant Sales With Actionable Gamification

Tupperware Brands, particularly its fast-growing Tupperware Brazil business, faced post‑pandemic direct‑selling challenges: shifting consultants and customers to digital channels, keeping a motivated, high‑performing consultant base in a competitive gig economy, and improving sales enablement. To address these issues, Tupperware partnered with Rallyware and adopted Rallyware’s Sales Enablement solution — a “gamification 2.0” platform built to personalize the consultant experience with smart, actionable recommendations.

Rallyware implemented personalized push notifications, a recommendations engine, progress tracking and real‑time rewards to trigger the right activities for each consultant. The results were measurable: 212 million push notifications delivered, about 91 million actions triggered, a 7.4× higher selling activity for users who acted on notifications, a 460% increase in sales versus pre‑platform levels, and an 81% improvement in retention over 150‑day periods — demonstrating Rallyware’s substantial impact on engagement, productivity, and retention.
