How Go-Sport Drove Customer Experience With Training Content Diversity

GO Sport, a premium multi‑brand sports retailer operating across the Middle East, faced rising costs and logistical barriers to scaling face‑to‑face training across Dubai, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait. Training coverage was limited (store colleagues had been trained on only about 15 brands), and travel, classroom and diplomatic issues made expanding instructor‑led sessions unsustainable — so GO Sport turned to Rallyware’s sales‑enablement/training platform to digitalize and scale learning.

Rallyware implemented a phased online rollout (starting with managers) that drove rapid adoption, visibility and measurable impact: in fewer than eight weeks colleagues completed over 550 hours of training and brand coverage grew from roughly 15 to 50 brands — more than tripling available brand training in months. Rallyware’s platform also delivered live analytics to set manager KPIs, track engagement and correlate training releases with sales, improving supplier participation and demonstrable ROI.
