AMG Group, owner of the Vango outdoor brand, needed a faster and more cost-effective way to train retail partners and store associates across geographies. After relying on in-person Vango Academies and ad hoc PowerPoint-based training for years, the company struggled to reach all customer-facing staff with timely product education on its technically complex outdoor equipment.

Using Rallyware’s Myagi platform for brand training, AMG adapted its consumer video content into retail learning modules and added key sales and technical details to help staff sell with confidence. The program improved engagement and delivered measurable impact, including an 8% increase in platform user engagement tied to a 44% increase in sell-through, a 54% increase in sales when content was actively engaged with, and a 140% increase in sales from an active user audience.
