How a Top American Beauty Brand Scaled Affiliate Enablement

Global Beauty Company, a global direct-selling beauty and wellness firm with over 60,000 independent brand affiliates across roughly 50 markets, needed to scale and globally align onboarding and training across multiple languages, time zones and regulatory regimes. To centralize learning, ensure consistent, compliant resources, and boost affiliate engagement and retention, the company partnered with Rallyware to find a scalable onboarding and training solution.

Rallyware implemented a branded, centralized learning resource (the Rallyware platform) featuring programs, task-based microlearning, progress visibility and a digital library. The rollout reached 40+ markets in 22 languages and drove measurable gains: new user creation grew from 33,370 in 2019 to 117,974 in 2020 (3.5X), more than 80% of completers finished onboarding within 30 days, 67% of brand affiliates reported a positive impact, and U.S. “non-active” users fell from 39.37% to 25.20% while the “beginner” group rose to 62.43%—demonstrating faster onboarding, higher activity and improved retention from Rallyware’s solution.
