Rakuten Fits Me implemented its Fit Origin size and fit recommendation tool on Rhone Apparel’s product pages, using Rhone’s own garment data and body profile data to guide shoppers through a quick “Find my Size” journey. The results were strong: users of Rakuten Fits Me converted at 9.8% versus 3.7% for non-users, and the solution delivered +20.4% incremental revenue to Rhone’s website, while also improving customer confidence and average order size.
