The Adecco Group, a global leader in human resources with operations in 60 countries and thousands of consultants, needed a faster, more effective way to equip geographically dispersed, mobile sales teams with up‑to‑date presentations and learning materials. To solve this, The Adecco Group worked with Rakuten DX, using the Aquafadas mobile app platform to build a sales enablement tool for reps on any device.

Rakuten DX delivered the Adecco Essentiel app in just three weeks without external developers and then iterated it to add Prepare/Present scenarios, deeplinks, multi‑device support, an InDesign plugin for richer content, and SAML 2.0 single sign‑on. The result: adoption across multiple business units, growth from 15 to hundreds of documents, and expansion from 1,300 to 2,400 consultants using the app to prepare meetings and deliver more polished, branded sales pitches.
