Saint-Gobain, through its Isover insulation brand, wanted to differentiate its sales demos and get closer to clients by adding interactivity to presentations. To achieve this they partnered with Rakuten DX to replace paper brochures with a mobile sales enablement app and digital sales presentations that support rich, personalized content for live demos.

Rakuten DX implemented a mobile, always-up-to-date sales app that automated sharing, enabled easy updates across devices, and let reps personalize meetings. The pilot exceeded expectations: over 250 employees were already accessing new web content, sales teams and clients praised the attractive presentations, and from 2017 the entire sales force will be equipped with iPads containing dynamic interactive demos, with the rest of the company set to go mobile next.
