Stago, a global leader in hemostasis and thrombosis diagnostics with sales teams in 15 countries, needed a way to centralize, localize and securely manage all demos, presentations and sales kits for geographically dispersed reps. To solve this, Rakuten DX (Rakuten Aquafadas) delivered a Next Gen, iPad-only mobile application designed as a secure, branded sales hub that could evolve over time and handle diverse document types.
Rakuten DX implemented a three-section app with a flexible content workflow (InDesign plugin, enriched assets, and 3rd‑party app integration) and Active Directory logins to serve contextual, personalized content per rep. The result: sales teams can access up-to-date, localized demos and tools in seconds, enjoy greater client interactivity, and content creators find the hub easy to manage — centralizing all assets and improving speed and relevance of sales engagements across Stago’s international organization.
