Natuzzi, the Italian "made in Italy" furniture brand present in over 123 countries, needed a way to showcase high‑quality fabrics and furniture and deliver sensorial, visually rich experiences across devices and languages while supporting sales teams using tablets. To meet this challenge they worked with Rakuten DX, deploying the Aquafadas digital publishing platform to transform their printed catalogue into an interactive sales tool.

Rakuten DX implemented an interactive sales demo app—a digital brochure with images, video and interactive content that immerses users in the Natuzzi collection and brand values, is tablet‑ready and available in Italian with 14 additional languages coming soon. The Rakuten DX solution increased the perceived value of Natuzzi’s content, enabled a richer, sensory customer experience and discreetly guided product and style choices for customers while supporting field sales efforts.
