How to take advantage of new technologies to strengthen internal culture

TF1, France’s oldest TV station and part of the TF1 media group with over 2,700 employees, needed to modernize internal communications to strengthen culture as staff shifted to digital habits. To achieve this, TF1 partnered with Rakuten DX and adopted the Aquafadas InDesign plugin to create elegant, mobile-first presentations and a magazine-style approach for employees.

Rakuten DX implemented a "TF1 Group" mobile app and an employee "Yearbook" magazine, built in about three weeks, with TF1’s designers using the Aquafadas InDesign plugin to produce rich, independent content (video, slideshows, audio). Rakuten DX’s solution received high praise from senior management for its quality and user experience, reinforced internal culture by sharing anniversary, sports and charity stories, and demonstrated rapid time-to-value with a three-week launch.
