The customer, PwC, a major global accounting firm, faced the challenge of needing an innovative digital tool for its sales consultants to improve client meeting experiences and showcase its expertise. The vendor, Rakuten DX, through its Rakuten Aquafadas product, provided a solution.

Rakuten DX implemented a mobile application called "PwC Store" for use on consultants' iPads. This solution centralized all commercial presentations, keeping them updated and easily shareable while allowing for real-time changes and embedded interactivity. The result was an easily personalized tool that enabled clients to interact with demos while consultants could tailor them to specific needs.
