How to create a wow effect when launching a new product, improving communication with customers while enticing others

Delta Dore, a provider of electronic control solutions and wireless home automation, needed a "wow" digital experience to accompany the 2015 launch of its Tyxal+ wireless alarm and to improve communication with customers. To achieve an innovative, in‑house digital medium, Delta Dore partnered with Rakuten DX, using the Aquafadas tools to create rich multimedia content that would support both marketing and sales demonstrations.

Rakuten DX helped Delta Dore build an in‑house mobile app (iOS and Android) using the Aquafadas InDesign plugin, enabling designers to assemble 3D videos, charts, slideshows, sub‑layouts and a product comparator without coding. The app broadened cross‑platform reach, boosted brand visibility, served as a commercial demo tool, and delivered measurable impact—1,540 downloads in France within four months after launch.
