Gattefossé - Customer Case Study

Gattefossé, a global developer of specialty ingredients for beauty and healthcare, faced a fragmented sales collateral library with documents in multiple formats and needed a way to present polished demos without disrupting existing workflows. To solve this, they partnered with Rakuten DX and adopted the Aquafadas Next Gen application template to create a unified digital sales tool for iPads.

Rakuten DX consolidated PDFs (enhanced with video, hyperlinks and deep links), InDesign assets and HTML5 content into a single, flexible sales app, initially deployed to 40 cosmetics sales reps and accessible on desktop for broader use. The Rakuten DX solution gave Gattefossé a manageable repository for creating and distributing rich interactive demos, streamlining sales presentations and enabling planned expansion to pharmaceutical teams.
