Membership management software for non-profits to administrate member activities effectively

The International Water Resources Association (IWRA), a nonprofit with 925 members, needed an easier way to manage its membership database, group members into tiers, and support journal access. It was also looking for an off-the-shelf system that could grow over time and replace its older bespoke membership setup.

Raklet provided membership management software with custom membership forms, online member access, journal integration, a job board, and private messaging for members. IWRA said the software reduced administrative work, improved the member experience, and helped staff focus on core goals.
