This replaced a slow manual export-and-import process, saved significant staff time, reduced error risk, enabled real-time reporting and reconciliation, and powered better marketing automation and supporter service; one example, UNICEF Australia’s India COVID-19 Crisis campaign, launched within hours and raised over $500,000.
