How Horses for Mental Health Tripled Their Fundraising with Peer-to-Peer Campaigns Using Raisely

Horses for Mental Health (HMH) needed a more cost-effective and user-friendly way to run a complex peer-to-peer fundraising campaign with more than 80 nonprofit charity partners and participants of varying ages and technical skill. Using Raisely’s fundraising platform, they looked to reduce transaction fees, simplify campaign management, and provide better support for donors, ambassadors, and partner organizations.

With Raisely, HMH used peer-to-peer templates, tailored email journeys, and a centralized resource page to streamline fundraising and keep everyone engaged. The result was $422,000 raised, nearly triple the previous year’s $111,000 total, while charity partner participation grew from 50 to 80 organizations and more funds were directed to programs through lower fees.
