A Raise3D Case Study
Nanoe, a French company specializing in high-purity ceramic nanopowders, faced a challenge with metallic pollution from the stainless steel blades used in their dispersion turbines. This pollution risked contaminating their high-purity products, and the standardized blades were not adaptable to their specific needs. Custom ceramic blades were prohibitively expensive and had long lead times. They turned to Raise3D and used its Pro2 3D printer along with Zetamix White Zirconia filament to solve this issue.
Using Raise3D's technology, Nanoe designed and 3D printed a custom ceramic dispersion blade. The entire process from design to a finished, sintered part took less than one week and cost only €12 in material. The solution eliminated metallic pollution, reduced maintenance, and freed Nanoe from dependence on external suppliers. Raise3D's solution provided significant savings in time, money, and logistics resources.
