Washington Health System, a large regional provider with more than 40 facilities, needed to streamline operations for its children’s outpatient clinics—improving communications, scheduling, patient engagement and billing workflows. To address this, they adopted Raintree Systems’ all-in-one platform, using Raintree’s EMR and practice management along with the Connect patient engagement tools.
