Wampler and Associates is a small, community-focused physical and occupational therapy practice in northern Virginia with nine licensed therapists that provides services ranging from post-operative rehab to aquatic therapy. Facing the need to expand remote care, improve patient/provider communication, and streamline billing and claims workflows, Wampler and Associates engaged Raintree Systems and began using Raintree’s Connect solutions in September 2018.

Raintree Systems implemented its Connect suite to provide telehealth, remote workforce management, and collaborative communication tools, and leveraged a partnership with Jopari for advanced EDI and electronic claim clearing. As a result of Raintree Systems’ solution, Wampler and Associates expanded access to telehealth, improved engagement among patients, providers, referral sources and payors, and streamlined revenue cycle and claims processing for more efficient issue resolution.
