Raintree Systems implemented Connect — including self‑scheduling, telehealth, communication campaigns, personal payment plans, E‑Statements, integrated faxing, and mobile access — which automated financial processes and freed staff to focus on patient outcomes. As a result, Circle of Care improved its patient revenue cycle, increased operational efficiencies, and identified further Raintree Systems functionality to prioritize for ongoing optimization.
