The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center, a 225-room property with 22,000 sq. ft. of meeting space adjacent to Auburn University, faced the challenge of optimally pricing group bids that made up about 45% of its business. After finding prior tools too complex and time-consuming, the hotel selected Rainmaker’s grouprev® in 2016 to provide a cost-effective, user-friendly way to price entire group bookings (rooms plus function and F&B revenue).

The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center recorded measurable gains after deployment: occupancy increased (up to 34% year-over-year in a February comparison), the Group RevPAR Index reached 170.8, and rate performance improved (rate index ~101%), demonstrating immediate revenue impact from Rainmaker’s solution.
