Trimble, a technology company serving the agriculture, construction, geospatial, and transportation industries, needed a reliable way to run its flagship Dimensions user conference after the pandemic disrupted in-person events. With a very small core event team and growing event complexity, Trimble needed better efficiency, stronger data access, and a more scalable platform to manage registration, content, exhibitors, and other event operations.
Using RainFocus, Trimble consolidated nearly every event function into a single integrated enterprise platform and upskilled its team to use new capabilities like the Exhibitor Resource Center, content catalog improvements, and speaker management workflows. The result was a successful Dimensions 2022 event with 5,700 attendees, a dramatic increase in sponsorships, and 97% of attendees saying the event was valuable, while detailed reporting from RainFocus helped Trimble repeat successful workflows and plan future events more efficiently.
