Adobe used its annual Government Forum to connect with nearly 700 onsite and 400 virtual attendees, each with different interests, privacy preferences, and engagement needs. The challenge was delivering relevant, personalized experiences at scale while keeping communications aligned with attendee data and governance requirements.
To solve this, Adobe implemented the RainFocus Adobe Source Connector to combine real-time data from Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform with attendee activity in RainFocus. The RainFocus solution helped Adobe create updated attendee profiles, recommend sessions and activities, and support personalized follow-up—driving more than 1,012 sessions attended and 1,328 new leads collected, while also informing future marketing efforts.
