How RainFocus joined virtual and live registration data for one direct sales enterprise

Direct Sales Enterprise Company (DSE) needed to simplify registration for its sold-out live convention and large virtual conference, while giving attendees a smooth way to use a single account across both experiences and connect registration data to its marketing systems. The company worked with RainFocus and its Global Event Platform to address the complexity of managing physical and virtual event registrations together.

RainFocus implemented Single Sign-On and a shared database that unified live and virtual event data in one source of truth, enabling instant updates and a consistent attendee experience across both formats. As a result, DSE combined 15,000 live attendees with 30,000 virtual attendees, achieved 340 registrations per hour, and saw 96% of registrants attend the event, while also reducing workload and improving data-driven decision-making.
