By implementing the RainFocus Mobile App and its integrated meetings and chat tools, Ellucian created a centralized hub for attendees. The solution provided features like gamification, customized pages for wayfinding, and a unified catalog, all of which automatically synced with the desktop portal. As a result, RainFocus helped achieve an 87.6% app adoption rate, with mobile users being 231% more likely to sign up for meetings and 134% more likely to attend them, significantly boosting overall engagement.
