DTU, the Technical University of Denmark, needed a better way to help its 6,000 staff and 14,000 students find information across a SharePoint intranet containing more than 40,000 documents. Its existing search was inaccurate and time-consuming, which wasted productivity and drove too many support requests to student counselling and IT services. Raffle.ai implemented an AI-powered search solution integrated into DTU’s SharePoint intranet, using natural language search and self-learning capabilities to improve relevance over time. The result was faster access to information, a better user experience, and significantly fewer support enquiries.
