Radware’s ADC-VX™ Virtualization Solution Enables Garanti Bank to Consolidate its Data Center and Launch New Banking Applications

Garanti Bank, Turkey’s second-largest private bank serving about 9 million customers, needed a scalable, highly available virtual ADC to consolidate its data center, cut hardware costs, and support development of new intranet and online banking applications while preserving a high-quality customer experience.

Garanti chose Radware’s ADC-VX for its strong virtualization and fault-isolation features and hardware-based SSL offloading; the solution freed server CPUs to handle more requests, reduced the need for additional hardware, and enabled data center consolidation. As a result the bank lowered CAPEX and OPEX (power, cooling and service costs), ensured business continuity for critical applications, and accelerated the launch of new online banking services.
