Their challenge was ensuring uninterrupted, secure 24/7 access to personal accounts from the site’s front page and a failover plan that would preserve customer trust and company reputation during major outages.

The Bâloise Group deployed Radware’s Web Server Director (WSD) on the AS 1 platform together with APSolute Insite, installing WSD units in the DMZ for application switching, load balancing, fault tolerance and security while using APSolute Insite for centralized, real‑time management.
