Medical Device Manufacturing Company, a Northeast–headquartered maker of products for end‑stage renal disease, was plagued by a brittle, custom EDI interface that crashed weekly, constrained ERP functionality, and could not scale to new trading partners or an upcoming ERP upgrade. Radley, LLC delivered a hosted solution that uses APIs to integrate iR*EDI and Integrated Data Collection with the ERP, automating communications with 3PLs (850 POs outbound, 856 ASNs inbound) and monitoring queues with WatchDog—without direct ERP customization. The result: hundreds of customer orders now process correctly with ASNs updating orders, weekly EDI failures and manual interventions were eliminated, uptime and throughput improved immediately, VAN costs were removed, and planned invoice automation is expected to save several thousand dollars per month while reducing overtime, inventory costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
