Peerless, a U.S.-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of AV mounting solutions, was struggling with a manual paper picking process that handled 500–700 orders daily, required multiple warehouse passes, lacked lot/serial validation, and relied on time-consuming manual updates to IFS Applications. To solve this, Peerless selected Radley, LLC and its suite of solutions — notably Task Management, integrated barcode Data Collection, Containerization & Kitting, and Label Printing — to automate and streamline finished goods and shipping workflows.

Radley, LLC implemented a phased rollout combining Task Management, mobile Data Collection, containerization/kitting and label integration (with BarTender), automating pick list creation, real-time inventory updates in IFS Applications, and automated shipment finalization. The changes eliminated nearly all manual data entry, sped invoicing (saving nearly 2 hours per shift), improved order accuracy and lot/serial traceability, increased staff retention and made temporary worker onboarding faster, while delivering better visibility and higher customer satisfaction.
