To integrate with IFS and their homegrown picking software, Katun engaged Radley, LLC and implemented Radley solutions including IntelliLabel, Task Management, IFS Data Collection, Integrated Labeling and supporting hardware.

Radley, LLC automated Katun’s receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking and shipping by deploying barcode data collection, task management, containerization (IntelliLabel) and integrated labeling so tasks are directed and verified. The implementation eliminated much manual data entry, improved data integrity, automated pick lists and outbound verification, increased Lines Per Hour (LPH) on shipping, and delivered measurable efficiency gains in receiving, put-away and replenishment—resulting in faster, more accurate order fulfillment and higher customer satisfaction.
