Automated EDI Transactions Integrated EDI Saves Time & Meets Compliance Requirements

Wescon Controls, a machined products manufacturer serving agriculture, construction, powersports and motorcycle markets, faced inefficient legacy EDI that required time‑intensive manual processing and custom work to meet trading partner requirements and integrate with their SyteLine ERP and third‑party shipping system. To address these challenges they engaged Radley, LLC and adopted Radley’s iCARaS EDI (SaaS) along with Van Service and the Business Activity Monitor.

Radley, LLC replaced Wescon’s legacy EDI with iCARaS, integrated inbound (830, 862, 850, 820) and outbound (810, 856) transactions to SyteLine and linked ShipStore serial‑numbering through the ERP, eliminating the manual data‑entry work of four people, reducing typos, standardizing data, delivering real‑time visibility via the Business Activity Monitor, and saving hours of transaction processing time.
