Babylon, Brookhaven, and Smithtown cut workplace COVID-19 transmission to zero with Radish Health

The customer consists of three municipalities on Long Island, NY: Babylon, Brookhaven, and Smithtown. Their challenge was finding a sustainable, long-term solution to manage COVID-19 risks, avoid total shutdowns, and keep essential government services running safely for their 2,000 employees during the pandemic. They partnered with vendor Radish Health to implement its data-driven healthcare platform for daily health assessments, virtual visits, and testing.

Radish Health provided a platform for daily health assessments, rapid at-home testing, and contact tracing. The solution conducted over 31,000 health checks and 237 tests, identifying 80 positive cases. Most importantly, Radish Health achieved a zero rate of workplace transmission of COVID-19 once the program was fully operational. Over 80% of enrolled employees used the platform daily, and the solution prevented government shutdowns by enabling effective quarantines and data-driven decision making.
