Global Chemicals Manufacturer, a global specialty chemicals producer, needed an enterprise-wide cybersecurity approach for its distributed OT environment across dozens of plants. Its existing IT security tools did not handle OT-specific protocols well, creating gaps in monitoring, detection, and controller protection. Radiflow was selected after a competitive tender to address these OT security challenges.

Radiflow implemented its iSID Industrial Threat Detection System at each production plant, supported by iSAP Smart Collectors on subnets to mirror traffic without overloading the network. The solution provided continuous asset visibility, anomaly and threat detection, logic and firmware change tracking, and SIEM integration across sites. The result was a flexible multi-site OT security architecture that met all tender requirements and supported a three-year global rollout plan.
