A multi-billion-turnover manufacturer faced significant operational challenges as its plants were repeatedly shut down by cyberattacks originating from its mail servers. Seeking to upgrade its OT security, gain full network visibility, and achieve IEC 62443 compliance, the customer engaged vendor Radiflow and global systems integrator Fujitsu to address these vulnerabilities.

Radiflow, alongside Fujitsu, conducted site assessments across approximately 15 plants using its iSID Industrial IDS and iSAP Smart Collector. The solution provided full visibility into the OT network, identified critical security issues for immediate remediation, and integrated OT asset data into the customer's ServiceNow CMDB. The project delivered a comprehensive risk assessment report, which the customer now uses to budget and plan for full compliance, achieving their objectives to Radiflow's full satisfaction.
