Case Study: The Idle Man achieves global expansion and faster fulfilment with Radial

A Radial Case Study

Preview of the The Idle Man Case Study

The Idle Man pens multi-year deal to stay ahead of the fashion curve

The Idle Man is a fast-growing London menswear retailer founded in 2014 to fill a gap for fashionable, affordable menswear. After securing a seven-figure commercial airtime investment from Channel 4 and driving more than 1.5 million monthly visits, the business needed operational scale and international expertise to sustain rapid expansion—so in 2015 it partnered with outsourced commerce provider Radial to handle fulfilment, shipping and customer care.

Radial launched the operation from its UK centre in three months and now manages global fulfilment, international shipping and multi-lingual customer care for The Idle Man. The partnership enabled Live Chat adoption (now 20% of contacts with fast first‑contact resolution), shipping to 200+ countries, in‑market returns in Germany and automated US returns for Amazon, delivering quicker deliveries, more reliable fulfilment and improved customer satisfaction.
