Hibbett Sports, a leading athletic-inspired fashion retailer with more than 1,000 stores and roughly $1B in annual revenue, faced a major shift as customers moved to digital channels. Preparing to launch its first online shop, Hibbett lacked eCommerce experience and customer care capabilities and needed outside expertise to manage the technological and operational transformation.

Hibbett partnered with Radial for omnichannel technology and services—order management, dropship, payments/tax/fraud protection, and customer care with IVR and self-service—allowing Hibbett to focus on core retail activities. The results were rapid and measurable: 5% of revenue online in the first 90 days and 7–8% in subsequent quarters, achievement of a three-year online revenue target within one year, integrated inventory across the DC and stores, a doubling of stock price in Year 1, and the ability to handle 100K+ customer calls in 2018.
