TikTok needed to drive direct conversions from influencer activity while hitting a predetermined customer-acquisition-cost (CAC) baseline. Rad Intelligence (RAD) was engaged to source and activate TikTok influencers using Rad Intelligence’s audience-matching technology and RAD Influencers approach to ensure the right creators and audiences were targeted.

Rad Intelligence built a trackable viral environment—using influencer links in bio and eCommerce-anchored video links—across nine influencers, yielding a blended CAC of $19, 943,910 views, 185,900 likes, 474 comments, 5,330 shares and 4,036,011 total followers. Rad Intelligence’s campaign delivered a 287% better CAC than prior agency efforts, campaign engagement that was 2000% higher than previous campaigns, and a CPC 223% better than earlier digital marketing efforts.
