Cisco engaged Rad Intelligence to drive awareness of its Webex tools and educate business users on how Webex can enhance their systems, using a prominent “Try Now” CTA. The campaign’s goal was to generate qualified interest among executives and business owners and convert attention into trial sign‑ups for Webex.
Rad Intelligence built Social Proof Display Ads (SPDA) by compiling Webex’s top social assets (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook), adding custom CTA headers and lightbox/overlay functionality, and programmatically targeting endemic business sites and decision‑makers. The Rad Intelligence campaign delivered a CTR twice the display benchmark (0.11% CTR, 201% performance benchmark), produced 3x more engagements than traditional display with an average click depth of 3.13, tested 47 assets, and achieved a 313% engagement benchmark.
