A Rackspace Technology Case Study
Tessitura Network is a nonprofit that provides a unified digital platform for arts and cultural organizations worldwide, powering ticketing, fundraising, marketing and CRM for clients like Carnegie Hall and the Sydney Opera House. After years of self-managing servers in a colocation facility, Tessitura needed to stop treating infrastructure as a core competency, gain scale to handle highly spiky traffic, and partner with a managed services provider to accelerate the business.
Tessitura selected Rackspace Technology to manage its move to AWS, using modular Service Blocks for architecture, security, monitoring and flexible managed services. The result: on‑demand access to compute for 50x traffic spikes, improved security and observability, a lower cost model, and a freed-up internal team able to focus on product features and serving arts organizations.
