iCIMS is a leading provider of end-to-end talent acquisition software that helps enterprises recruit, connect and onboard employees. As its global customer base grew, iCIMS faced limited internal IT resources and needed a scalable, easy-to-manage hybrid infrastructure that would maintain SLAs, support regulatory requirements and avoid adding workload to its engineering team.

Rackspace assessed and optimized iCIMS’ environment and implemented a hybrid solution using Rackspace Private Cloud, AWS and Azure, migrating a major data center in just four months. The managed services and database automation (including SQL Auto Scaling) improved resilience and global coverage, cut average monthly maintenance from six hours to about one hour (a 74% reduction), and gave iCIMS the scalability and operational support needed to expand internationally.
