SpiceCSM migrated from dedicated hosting to a Rackspace OpenStack Private Cloud, gaining fully managed private-cloud agility with isolated instances, SOC 2–aligned controls and Rackspace Fanatical Support. The move preserved security and compliance, improved responsiveness and scalability, and helped the company maintain customer isolation while positioning it to more than double revenue.
